Joe Kraus
Project Superintendent
As a Superintendent with Anderson CC for over 6 years, Joe works with clients and sub-contractors to provide value engineering options, coordinate work flow, and deliver successfully executed construction projects again and again. Joe’s Bachelor’s from the University of Minnesota along with his 15+ years of contracting experience make him an invaluable asset to our team and yours. Some of Joe’s previous projects include shell spaces, tenant remodels, and building owner capital improvements. Joe has a focus on maintaining and growing strong professional relationships through consistently delivering high quality results for clients.
In his free time, you can find Joe with his wife, Alex, and their two boys, Everett and Crew, preferably outdoors whenever possible. When Joe is not busy running the kids around to sports or other events, you can find him either behind the boat on a surfboard or on the mountain bike trails.
