Kris Bluhm

Office Mgr./Project Assistant


Kris has over 25 years of combined experience in commercial real estate, banking, and training which makes her uniquely qualified to support construction management teams with a varied range of requirements.  Some of her skills include preparing and maintaining background documentation for all projects; facilitating job close outs; and ensuring that subcontractors provide timely invoices, lien waivers and certificates of insurance.  Kris holds a Certificate in Administrative Studies and is well versed in over 30 office and accounting software programs from the early 1990's to today.
