John has over 30 years of experience in commercial construction working with office, medical, retail, multi-family, restaurant and mixed use clients.  Some of his larger projects have included a parking structure with a heliport, hangar, sleeping quarters and refueling station; an airplane hangar at the Flying Cloud Airport; and a 36 unit condominium community over 16,000 sf of retail space.

With John's skills in conceptual estimating and budget preparation, he can focus on value engineering each of his projects regardless of the size so the client can get the most out of their budget.  His portfolio includes project budgets from a thousand dollars to three million dollars.
